Love yourself like your life depends on it - because it does.

Anita Moorjani

You’re here to love yourself and to be the most powerful version of you.

By choosing self-love, you’re choosing freedom to be yourself and everything in your life falls into alignment. You take care of yourself emotionally, you take care of your health, your relationships thrive and you connect with your true desires.

On the other hand, living out of fear and past traumas keeps you stuck in repeating circumstances. It forces you to perform in a role that’s not you. Keeping up with the expectations of others, compromising yourself in order to fit in and making yourself small.

Imagine how it would feel waking up everyday with a deep rooted belief that:

You are enough, just for being you.

You are here to be the fullest expression of you.

RTT therapist Anette Kornberg

It took me a while to fully grasp the understanding of being enough.

I spent about 20 years searching through all kinds of self-help modalities, entertaining all sorts of therapy and even moved across the world as an attempt of escape what was haunting me.

I had chosen an engineering career for the wrong reasons. Believing it would make me a decent career and I would fit in. I forced it onto myself. Just like I did with dieting. Constantly looking for the perfect diet and always being on a mission to loose weight. I was convinced that once I was content with the shape of my body, then I could rest and be happy.

My body was screaming that something was wrong.

My skin was burning with eczema, my digestion not working properly, I struggled with sleep, and I was constantly fatigued and depressed. In 2020, the year of my 40th birthday, I hit rock bottom. I was overwhelmed and truly lost.

In getting back on my feet I came to realize:

Your life is yours to live.

You have to let go of everything that’s not you.

Over the next years I made the necessary changes. I quit the perceived safety of my stable engineering job, and finally pursued my dream of contributing to a world of better health and wellness.

I addressed the underlying causes of the eczema, the sleep problems and the reasons I kept holding on to weight.

Looking back now I’m grateful for my lessons and I’m devoted in contributing to:

Making health and wellness the norm in our world.

Don’t spend another day being less than your true potential
